Diagnosis:
It seems like Tim is constantly in fear everywhere he goes. By examining his behaviors of being constantly anxious, this looks like the Anxiety Disorder. Anxiety Disorder might have begun after Tim has experienced a triggering or an unpleasant event in his early age. The shock that he got from whatever that event was, is still a big influence on his psychological behavior, and thus causing his constant anxiety. I predict that the unpleasant even that occurred in Tim's early life was associated with a person doing something bad to him because it seems like he is only cautious about people not objects. If this is the case, Tim might be prone to flare up from time to time of stress, with the accompaniment of headache, sweating, muscle spasms, palpitations, etc.
Treatment:
I think in order to treat Tim's disorder, you need to make sure he is safe and not all people are going to hurt him. In this way, Tim would feel more secured and hopefully won't feel as anxious as before. Also, it would be a good idea for a guardian whom he can trust to be constantly with him until his disorder is fixed. By having a guardian who has Tim's trust being with him, he would feel safe and secured and won't feel anxious.
